How to Stop Animals from Digging up the Lawn
Most pet owners will know how wonderful owning an animal can be. A dog is a man’s most faithful friend -who, in exchange for careful care, will reward you with undying loyalty.
However, anyone who has a dog also knows that sometimes having a pet is associated with smaller or larger problems. One of them may be a dug lawn.
A dog digging holes results from its natural, instinctive behavior. There are at least several reasons. A dog may want to cool down on hot days, may want to bury an object that is valuable to him, may want to scare away a rodent that he has sniffed out, or may simply kick due to lack of something to do and the need to expend energy.
If you don’t want to have holes in your garden and you can’t stop your dog from digging, you can properly strengthen the surfaces, thus creating an effective barrier between the lawn and your dog’s paws.
The small size of the RO 2 mesh means that the dog cannot dig up the ground. This physical protection of the lawn will, over time, effectively discourage your dog from digging holes.
The net can be placed on the lawn without using additional accessories. Over time, the grass will overgrow and cover the net.
